How my journey began

My name is Kwei (pronounced Quay)

For much of my professional life, I worked as a management consultant, building up 20 years of experience. Along the way, I picked up a few clues about what made the difference between those who seemed to be moving forward and those who were not.; much of it had to do with mindset.

As a result, I enrolled in Pepperdine University’s Clinical Psychology program to become a marriage and family therapist, realizing that mental health is a significant factor in developing a mindset to meet almost any challenge.

Education

MACLP - Pepperdine University (Program Complete, Graduation May 2025)

EMBA - US International University, Kenya

MPP - University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

B.S. Social Policy - Northwestern University

I created Kairos-Naz to help men, especially men of color, improve their mindset, to (re)discover their purpose, communicate more effectively, and, thereby, release themselves from the clutches of anger, despair, depression, and anxiety. From there, the other aspects of life have a better chance of falling into place. Please keep in mind that all services are informational and consultative; they are not counseling services. If you’re looking for counseling, feel free to contact me for referrals.

In the meantime, if you’re looking to make changes in your personal life and/or in your professional career, then let’s start the conversation and see if it makes sense to work together.

My Promise

My promise to you is to maintain open communication by sharing information proactively, following up, and asking questions. By doing so, I can help you achieve your treatment goals so that you can live the life you’ve imagined.
